Delta State Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has poured warm praise on former First Lady Mrs. Roli Nere Uduaghan as she turns 65, hailing her as a woman of deep virtue and boundless compassion whose life radiates selfless service to others.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message released in Asaba through his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor celebrated Mrs. Uduaghan’s outstanding record in philanthropy and social advocacy. He singled out her tireless work lifting widows, orphans, prison inmates and other vulnerable groups across the state.
Oborevwori fondly recalled the transformative impact of her “I CARE” initiative during the tenure of her husband, former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan. The programme, he noted, delivered vital relief and empowerment to countless underprivileged citizens, leaving a lasting imprint of hope and dignity.
He described the celebrant as a radiant example of compassion, resilience and unwavering dedication to humanity.
“On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta State, I celebrate with you on this special occasion of your 65th birthday,” the Governor declared.
“This milestone is a testimony to God’s grace upon your life and the numerous lives you have touched with your compassion.”
Oborevwori prayed for continued divine strength and abundant blessings upon Mrs. Uduaghan, wishing her robust health, lasting peace, deep fulfilment and many more years of impactful service to society.
“As you mark this new age, may the Almighty continue to strengthen you, reward your labour of love, and grant you greater joy in the years ahead,” he added.
