Dr. Kingsley Akeni, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Deacon Matthew Ogbadusigho Kwode on the occasion of his birthday on September 20, 2026.
In a statement released to mark the day, Dr. Akeni paid tribute to Deacon Kwode’s distinguished public political journey and the positive impact of his service in Ughelli South Local Government Area and across Delta State.
