His Royal Majesty, Matthew Ediri Egbi, Owahwa II, the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, has formally conveyed his royal felicitation to Chief Henry Afure Sakpra on his appointment as General Manager of the Delta State Social Investment Programme.
