The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, Engr. Dr. Kingsley Akeni, has congratulated Deacon Matthew Kwode on his inauguration as the Coordinator of the Renew Hope Ambassador for the Ughelli South Local Government Area Chapter.
