The people of Ughievwen Kingdom will hold their Annual Prayer and Thanksgiving Service on Friday, March 6, 2026.
The event, scheduled to take place at Ughievwen Model Primary School, Otughievwen, is jointly organized by the Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom, the Ughievwen Union, the Ughievwen Christian Ministers Forum, and the Ughievwen Christian Association.
In a statement issued by a planning committee member, Pastor Shell Anyoma, it was stated that the theme of the event is “Oh Lord, Heal Ughievwen Land,” taken from 2 Kings 2:21.
Anyoma noted that HRM Dr. Matthew Ediri Egbi, Owahwa II, Okobaro of Ughievwen Kingdom; Most Revd. Dr. God-Dowell Avwomakpa; Most Revd. Dr. Victor E. Arikoro; Most Revd. Prof. Solomon Gbakara; Rt. Revd. Chris Okoh; Rt. Revd. Prof. S. O. Onakovwe; Revd. Felix Akponokan; Chief Patrick Wheleke, President General of the Ughievwen Union; and others will be in attendance.
