The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, Deacon Matthew Kwode, has extended warm felicitations to Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, the First Lady of Delta State, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary today, February 5, 2026.
