A prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State, Chief Solomon Arenyeka, has congratulated the First Lady of Delta State, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on the occasion of her birthday anniversary today, February 5, 2026.
