The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Media, Olorogun Sunday Apah, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi, the erudite Member Representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his birthday today, November 19, 2025.
