The Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, CON, in celebration of his 71st birthday.
He characterized Uduaghan as a forward-thinking leader and distinguished statesman.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba, Oborevwori praised Dr. Uduaghan for his significant contributions to fostering peace, unity, and development in both Delta State and Nigeria as a whole.
The governor acknowledged the former governor’s exemplary leadership and unwavering dedication to public service, highlighting Uduaghan’s role in advancing healthcare, education, and human capital development during his time in office.
Oborevwori emphasized that Dr. Uduaghan remains a highly regarded figure in the state’s political and socio-economic arena, with a legacy of service that inspires emerging leaders.
He wished Dr. Uduaghan continued good health, wisdom, and strength to further serve humanity and contribute to the advancement of both the state and the nation.
