A group, Sheriff First, Delta First, celebrated the birth anniversary of its Coordinator, Hon. Kesiena Hillary Aroko, by donating writing materials worth hundreds of thousands of naira to Ovwian Primary School I and II.

The donation ceremony took place on Monday, October 6, 2025, following the birthday celebration on October 5, 2025.

During the presentation of the books at Ovwian Primary School I and II, the Coordinator of Sheriff First, Delta First, and chief celebrant, Hon. Kesiena Hillary Aroko, emphasized that they chose to mark the occasion by positively impacting people in the community rather than focusing solely on themselves.

He stated that the initiative aligns with the M.O.R.E Agenda of the state government.

According to him, “In line with the M.O.R.E Agenda, I will pay some basic levies for selected Primary 6 learners at Schools I and II.”

In response, the Head Teacher of Ovwian Primary School, Mrs. Justina Odeohwo Awupi, expressed heartfelt appreciation to Aroko for his thoughtful gesture towards the pupils.

She also extended her gratitude to His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, for his ongoing investment and visible impact in the education sector, praying for God’s grace and strength upon him to sustain the good work he has begun.

Awupi further wished the celebrant long life, prosperity, and continued success in all his endeavors.

She also commended the Sheriff First, Delta First group, ably led by Hon. Fegor Ogene, JP, Senior Special Assistant (Political) to Governor Oborevwori, for leading the delegation to the school and for their unwavering support in promoting the Governor’s developmental vision across Delta State.
