Deacon Matthew Kwode, the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Political Matters, has extended warm birthday wishes to the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Olorogun Prof. Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, on the occasion of his birthday, today August 23, 2025.
