The Executive Assistant to the Governor of Delta State (Political), Deacon Matthew Kwode has extended his warmest congratulations to Chief Elder Omeni Sobotie, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, August 16, 2025.
In a heartfelt message, Kwode acknowledged Sobotie’s unwavering commitment to the political development of Delta State and his tireless advocacy for the welfare of its citizens.
