Nineteenth Coronation Anniversary: Governor Oborevwori Celebrates Orodje of Okpe

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), Orhue I, CFR, mni, on the milestone of his 19th coronation anniversary as the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom.

In a message of goodwill issued on Tuesday and signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori commended the Orodje for his integrity, outstanding leadership, remarkable wisdom, nurturing approach, and efforts in statesmanship on behalf of the Delta State Government.

The Governor reflected on the monarch’s reign, characterizing it as significant and beneficial not only to the people of Okpe Kingdom but to all residents of Delta State.

He offered prayers for the continued divine guidance and health of the esteemed royal figure, expressing hopes for many more years of service on the cherished throne of Okpe.

“Congratulations. Umogu! Umogu!! Umogu!!! Wu ne su to!” the Governor concluded, honoring the traditional ruler’s lasting legacy and influence.

Having ascended the throne in 2006, the Orodje of Okpe, who also chairs the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, has become a beacon of unity, peace, and progress within the state.
