The Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has expressed his congratulatory wishes to His Grace, Most Revd Cyril Odiboroghene Odutemu, following his re-election as the Archbishop of the Bendel Ecclesiastical Province within the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
In a statement released on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori praised Archbishop Odutemu for securing another five-year term, calling it a well-earned recognition of his strong leadership, profound spiritual understanding, and steadfast dedication to serving both God and humanity.
He highlighted the Archbishop’s significant contributions to the moral and spiritual development of the Church and the wider community, emphasizing that this re-election reflects the Church’s trust in his visionary guidance.
Governor Oborevwori also wished Archbishop Odutemu continued strength, divine insight, and success as he embarks on another five years of leadership in the Province.
