The All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Delta South Senatorial District has announced a significant leadership and stakeholders meeting scheduled for Friday, June 27, 2025.

The event will take place at the Ekpre Otobo Hall in Oleh, starting promptly at 11:00 a.m.

This important assembly, themed “Renewed Hope for More Agenda,” aims to foster unity, strengthen party structures, and discuss vital internal matters impacting the Delta South Senatorial District.

In an official invitation extended by Comr. Austin Oribioye, the Chairman of APC Delta South, it has been noted that attendance is strictly by invitation only.

The list of invitees includes a wide range of party leaders, encompassing all former and current governors, deputy governors, members of the National Assembly, and federal ministers.

Also, members of the Delta State House of Assembly, commissioners, special advisers, principal secretaries to the governor, and both past and present secretaries to the state government are expected to participate.

The meeting will also host state party executive members, former members of the PDP who have switched to APC, as well as party chairpersons at the national, zonal, state, and local levels.

Local Government Council chairpersons, vice chairpersons, legislative leaders, along with youth and women leaders, LGA caucus leaders, and party secretaries will also be included among the invitees.

In his message, Oribioye underscored the significance of the meeting and urged all invited stakeholders to attend punctually and engage meaningfully in shaping the party’s future.

This gathering is anticipated to act as a strategic forum for reinforcing party unity as preparations commence for upcoming political engagements, particularly the 2027 general elections.
