Oborevwori Reiterates Commitment to Delivering High-Quality, Sustainable Infrastructure Projects in Delta at the 16th IIICF

Governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori of oil-rich Delta State, located in southern Nigeria, has taken his administration’s dedication to excellence to an international platform.

Alongside his counterpart from Taraba State, Agbu Kefas, Oborevwori is a prominent participant at the ongoing 16th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum & Exhibition (IIICF) in the Macao Special Administrative Region of China.

At the forum, Governor Oborevwori highlighted his administration’s strategic efforts to enhance Delta State’s infrastructure development to meet global standards.

As the forum commenced, he emphasized his unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable infrastructure projects that foster economic growth and enhance the quality of life for both Deltans and other residents.

His statements are aimed at attracting international investors and partners, showcasing Delta’s readiness to collaborate on a global scale and implement innovative solutions for the state’s development.

Governor Oborevwori’s participation underscores Delta’s strategic focus on infrastructure advancement, positioning the state as a vital player in international innovation and investment in this sector.

The IIICF, recognized as the largest and most influential annual event for international infrastructure cooperation, draws over 3,500 delegates from more than 70 countries and regions, including over 60 ministerial delegations.

Throughout its 15-year history, the IIICF has provided a premier international platform for government representatives, financial institutions, engineering contractors, design firms, consulting agencies, machinery manufacturers, and other related stakeholders to share strategic visions and insights, while exploring collaborative opportunities.

Governor Oborevwori was joined at the forum by Delta State’s Commissioner for Works (Rural Roads) and Public Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, and Technical Assistant to the Governor, Bob Nakpodia.
